The space

Very spacious, arty and light-filled home with 3 distinct living areas inside including two large TV's and table tennis room.

Contemporary kitchen and dining, quiet reading nook, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry.

Outside - a huge 14 metre pool (please note - pool is not heated), 3 undercover outdoor settings, cubby house, sand pit and expansive green-lawned backyard.

Whether you all want to be together - or for finding some quieter relaxing time alone - there is so much room. All you need for a great holiday.

Sleeps 10 comfortably - but can accommodate a few more children if necessary - on application.

Secure parking on-site for additional cars/trailer/boat.

The whole house is yours .. set on 1300 sq metres!

Carolyn & Ursh are local Semaphore residents and live just around the corner, so on hand to meet or assist you.

Other things you need to know

This house has a more formal living space and a number of casual socialising areas.

We ask that socialising takes place in these casual areas, as opposed to the formal living room with its white leather lounge. The home also has a lot of fine artwork and ornaments and we ask that you do not touch or move any ornaments.

For everyone's protection, we take a video of the entire home just prior to check-in as we are keen to be able to continue to offer future guests the same beautiful experience.

This is a beautiful family home to be enjoyed, but is definitely not a party house. Please respect our neighbours and refrain from loud noises. Strictly no indoor smoking.

The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, with pots and pans, pizza plates and all you would need to whip up a storm, as well as a great stainless steel BBQ outside (please clean after use).

Prior to your departure, please bag up rubbish as you go, recycle bottles etc and make sure your dishes are cleaned and that everything is in the general place that you found it on arrival. This helps keep our cleaning fee down.

If dishes are left undone, an additional cleaning fee will be taken out of your security deposit.

We will meet you when you are ready to depart in order to collect keys and remote control, and it would be great to receive any feedback about your stay and any maintenance needs which you may have noticed.

Semaphore South, Adelaide, South Australia

A 2 minute walk to the beautiful Semaphore beach!

Unlike some other more crowded beach side suburbs, Semaphore enjoys a long expansive beachfront fringed by green lawns, picnic and BBQ areas.

It has several children's play areas and a night time summer carnival. We also have one of the most dog-friendly beaches in South Australia.

A short walk from the home will take you to the funky shopping and cafe strip of Semaphore Road. No need to worry about parking, or having a drink or two.

Semaphore is a true holiday destination - the feeling of a friendly seaside country town with its majestic old hotels, but with all the comforts of a main shopping strip - supermarkets, a cinema, hotels, restaurants, cafes, ice-cream parlours and the best Fish & Chips in Adelaide.

The retro and laid back main strip will have you window shopping for hours, from the beautiful garden nursery, to op-shops, tattoo studio & other hipster delights.

Just 5 minutes mins drive away, is the West Beach Shopping Mall with the whole array of department and fashion stores. Then of course the Adelaide CBD is easily accessed within 30 minutes, by car, train or bus.

Getting around

You can easily walk to the beach and the Semaphore shopping strip. If you want to go into the Adelaide CBD there is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and a 10 minute walk to the train station which takes you to the centre of town. The train runs every half an hour, so is super convenient.
